Inspired by "Pear Martinis" that occasionally show up on fancy cocktail lists in town, we arrived at an easy-to-remember pear-flavored margarita recipe after a little bit of experimentation:
- 3 parts pear juice
- 2 parts tequila
- 1 part Contreau
Shaken with ice, the mix is mellow and smooth. Some citrus juice wouldn't hurt, probably, but then the ratio wouldn't be as memorable. Up to you!
