This is a bit of a "Long island ice tea" kind of a recipe in that you throw into it a bunch of sauces standing in the door of your fridge and yet it comes out tasting well.
Cook pasta or noodles and rinse in cold water. Meanwhile, sauté mushrooms, garlic, & ginger in some liquid yumminess (we used soy sauce, chili oil, peanut oil, Worcestershire sauce, & rice cooking wine). Use whatever you have, really.
Combine the mushroom mixture with pasta as well as with cooked edamame, chopped cabbage, scallions, bell pepper, chopped peanuts, and cilantro. Season further with salt, pepper, tahini paste, oyster sauce, sesame oil, soy sauce, & chili sauce. Again, this is not a precision job.
