Salmon and arugula wrap

This wrap is a variation on another appetizer from W&S. It's trivial: roll up and cut sushi-style a large tortilla with a sauce, smoked salmon, and some green leaves inside. The puree of goat cheese and cream (achievable with a fork or a whisk, but easier done with a blender) makes for a good sauce. Any soft, spinach-like vegetable will probably do, especially one with character, like arugula or watercress (which is what original recipe used). I was getting 8 half-inch-long pieces from each tortilla.

- 3oz goat cheese
- 3 Tbsp half-and-half
- smoked salmon
- leafy vegetables (e.g. arugula)
- large tortillas
