Pasta e zucchine

Pasta with zucchini is simple and delicious, especially with fresh "baby" zucchini. I was taught to use butter for this one, but it's just as good with olive oil (and even with celery thrown in, heretically). Start with onions and later add sliced zucchini into your sauté pan. Don't overcook the latter: shoot for 10 min or less. Toss the veg with cooked drained pasta and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
