Tuna and mushrooms over rice


Just using up ingredients that must be used up.

Added mushrooms to caramelizing onions and sauteed for a long time on low heat, separately adding white wine, soy sauce, and balsamic vinegar whenever moisture was needed in the pan. Thoroughly fried scraps of ahi tuna on high heat, also in soy sauce, and with liberal amounts of ground pepper thrown in.

Served with basmati rice.
